John Seidlitz and Bill Perryman are the Co-Developers of Perspective-Based Learning TM. Both John and Bill were classroom teachers who used simulation, role play, Socratic dialog, as approaches to encourage students to think at high levels.

John is a nationally certified SIOP® trainer and is the co-author with Bill of Making The Past Present: Perspective-Based Learning in Social Studies. He served as an educational specialist for ESC Region 20 in San Antonio, TX. He taught ESL and social studies in Floresville, TX where he served as ESL coordinator.

Bill Perryman holds a master's degree in elementary education from (Southwest) Texas State University and an administrator/mid-management certification from The University of Texas at San Antonio. Bill has taught and supervised students at the elementary, middle and university levels. Well known for his History In Person character portrayals, Bill also serves as an educational consultant.
